The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and Church Area
The Roman baths—designed for public bathing—were used until the end of Roman rule in Britain in the 5th century AD. This sight is one of the best-preserved Roman remains in the world, where 1,170,000 litres of steaming spring water, reaching 46°C, still fills the bathing site every single day.

Bath Abbey and Church Area
The site of Bath Abbey has been a place of Christian worship since 757 AD, with three different churches occupying the site during this time. An Anglo-Saxon monastery was first constructed, which was where King Edgar, the first king of all England, was crowned in 973 AD.
View of Bath Abbey from the Street
Lynda wanted to spend time viewing the Bath Abbey. I had had enough old historical buildings so she went in on her own. I am therefore unsure of the details of the photos she took, but afterwards she could not stop talking about how impressed she was with the history of the Gothic style (12th to 16th centaury) architecture. The following Photos were taken in the Abbey

Ross-on-wye
Ross-on-Wye is a market town and civil parish in Herefordshire, England, near the border with Wales. It had a population estimated at 10,978 in 2021. The reason for our visit to Ross-on-Wye was for Lynda to meet up with her friend, Sally Dazely's mom. Lynda got on very well with Mrs Farmeron her stayin Summertrand PE.
It was fairly close so Lynda desided we could pay her a visit while in UK.
